What is the structural design of the downhole high temperature lithium battery?

The strong casing, like a thick layer of armour for the battery, is usually made of particularly strong materials that can withstand high temperatures and are not afraid of corrosion, such as special metals or very strong plastics, to protect the inside of the battery from being broken by the bad environment of the well.

Special positive and negative electrodes are like the right and left hands of the battery, and with the right materials, they can work well at high temperatures. They may be shaped to increase the contact area, so that the battery works even better.

The useful electrolyte runs around in the battery to help move the lithium ions. In the high temperature environment of a well, the electrolyte has to be the kind that doesn't heat up easily and doesn't just evaporate.

Sealing and protection seals the battery tightly to keep water and dust from getting in and the contents of the battery from getting out.
