What is a high temperature lithium battery?

High-temperature lithium battery is a kind of lithium-ion battery designed for high-temperature environments, which can maintain stable performance and safety under high-temperature conditions.

The main features are:

High-temperature resistance: High-temperature lithium batteries are capable of reliable charging and discharging in temperatures ranging from 60°C to 100°C or even higher.

Safety: When these batteries work in a high temperature environment, they must have an explosion-proof structure design to prevent the battery from exploding or catching fire under extreme conditions.

Design components: The main components of high temperature lithium battery include positive electrode, negative electrode, electrolyte and separator. Positive electrode materials are commonly used such as nickel-cobalt-manganese oxide (NCM), negative electrode is usually graphite or silicon-based materials, the electrolyte needs to have high thermal stability and ionic conductivity, and the spacer material needs to have excellent thermal stability and mechanical strength.

Advantages of use: High temperature lithium battery has high safety, stable performance, long cycle life and fast charging ability.
